It is very important to run not only with legs, but with your mind.
Being the personal trainer is not just how to teach runners to run fast.
I have two tier coaching system:
The physical side of running, including conditioning for distance and endurance training.
Mental aspect of competition, whether it’s training for marathon or preparing for other races.
The first thing that matters for me as a coach is that my clients enjoy not only with a progress itself, but also with a process of preparation for the race.
Belief in one’s potential, disclosure of one’s own abilities lead to awareness of one’s own strength and as a consequence, to the desired results.
