As a certified personal trainer, I create unique training programs

for each client that targets each of these fitness categories.

Fitness can be separated into five key areas:

  1. Muscular strength 

  2. Cardiovascular endurance

  3. Muscular endurance

  4. Physical flexibility

  5. Body composition

The result is that my clients reach a higher level of physical fitness than they have ever experienced before.

By identifying the unique fitness goals of each client, and incorporating these goals into their training program, my clients experience a renewed sense of physical and mental well being from having a plan to reach their goals.
